I've only used it once, to launch the i550...700 lbs and 10" draft. This was at a fairly high tide and went very easily. I think we had more trouble with the lock than the ramp! 😎 Recently, during a very low tide, I took a look at the ramp via kayak and I can see why launching a larger boat could be problematic. I agree with Ross. Imposing a max. load restriction on the facility might be a good idea. The discussion about what that limit should be should be an interesting one!
